Ordering & Shipping

Shipping Rates & Timeframes

Once orders are placed and confirmed, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been put into production.

Made to order production takes between 8-14 business days to complete and we will notify you once your order is ready to be shipped.
All orders will receive tracking numbers once they are shipped.

Domestic Shipping:

Flat-rate of $10 for orders under $300.
Shipping is FREE for all orders above $300.

Express Shipping is available at an additional $20 available at checkout.

International Shipping:

Orders outside of Australia have a flat rate fee of AUD $30 for Standard International post on purchases under $300.
Standard International post is FREE for orders over $300.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

International Express: is AUD $50 for orders under AUD $300 and $30 for orders above AUD $300.
Please allow up to 4 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

*Please note that the delivery times outlined above, do not include made to order timeframes.
Products that are ready to ship will be outlined in the description of each item.


Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All return & exchange requests must be approved through email within 7 days of receiving your order. Garments must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Full refunds will be approved for ‘ready to wear’ products only. 

Made to order items can be exchanged for items of similar or greater value within a 7 day period of receiving the goods.
We can only provide one exchange for made to order items, as each piece is cut and handcrafted individually. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items that are made to order, 
unless the product which you receive is faulty, defective, incorrect or does not match the product description. 

Any shipping charges incurred with the original purchase cannot be refunded. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs

Once the products have been returned, we will issue you a refund, exchange or store credit within 5 business days.  

Refunds are made to the original form of payment used when placing your order. Store credits will be issued as a unique code to be used for online purchases. Store credit codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

We take extra vigilance to inspect all items for any flaws before packing and posting orders.

All made to order items have up to 48 hours to request a cancellation or change to your order by contacting us directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after 48 hours of placing your order. 

For any changes to the products ordered, please contact us directly as soon as possible so that we can best assist you in making these amendments. 
However, we cannot guarantee that all changes can be made after 48 hours has passed after placing your order.

 

Payment Options

Payments can be made at checkout using Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay payment options.
The cost of shipping will be calculated in the checkout section after entering your postal address.

No extra fees are charged for these payment options.
